Mr. Christoph Franz Heil

Christoph holds a MEd, BSc Civil Construction, and is a retired German professional in technical vocational education and training with prior experience as a Civil Engineer.

He has more than 45 years of experience as a teacher in Dual VET, (teacher)trainer, technical consultant and project manager for cooperative TVET and Construction projects in different countries, including Germany, Nepal, South Africa, Kosovo, Namibia and Ethiopia have largely shown  him that a successful and sustainable model of any training intervention is highly dependable on its closeness to the real world of work, as it is one of the major principles of Dual VET systems. The proven records of economical growth for countries with traditional dual VET systems have shown that this learning model -actually a compromise- is the most promising for all actors involved.
